Magnificent setting, close enough to shopping center, daily activities, and nightlife. Excellent for visiting Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church. - Affable staff at Bell service. - Brand-new and beautifully maintained rooms.

Good and absolutely perfect setting, near restaurants and cafés. Very clean beds, a private safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar in the room.

Everything was fantastic, so were particularly nice views of the beach or ocean. It was in a very central location, to the Matahari shopping centre. Easily reached Warung Damar, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The property is clean, the staff at Bell services are awesome and fabulous, the room is fantastic, and it is impressive for younger kids.

Our deluxe room had excellent air conditioning, and the location was convenient, just next to an Australian supermarket.

The room is well-kept and well-organised with great layout for families with 2-3 kids, also they can offer wake-up service.

Views are not very nice.

The staff in every area were very friendly & helpful. The food was good & well presented at breakfast. We also liked the adults only plunge pool area, as we dont have small children it was nice to be able to have some adult space,it was very relaxing for us after a very stressful year.

We have no comment to make as there was really nothing we didnt like.

The staff were very friendly and everyone we passed greeted us, they were keen to talk about our lifestyle and tell us about theirs which gave us a good understanding on Bali.

the activities at the pools are well organised. Location for shopping and food are good.

Family room perfect for our little ones. We had a delicious and abundant breakfast with our beloved Sumatran coffee, and they also had a good selection of soft drinks. ☕

Location next to other restaurants, Waterbom and shopping galore for those that want to venture out and beach access to walks along sea front and the shops. Also, close to markets n shopping. Overall REALLY REALLY NICE stay on holidays.

A bit disappointing area.

I 100% recommend this hotel and would use them next time. Thanks for the fantastic stay for my business trip. The rooms are spotless and modern. It has nice facilities and a great location in Kuta, close to everything. They have selected beverages in the swim-up bar.

Great location very close to the airport and shopping area. Astonishing and marvellous breakfast to start a day with adequate options for vegetarians. - Many varieties of cappuccino or latte available.

The staff were extremely helpful. There was plenty to keep our 13 year old entertained. I appreciated the fact that they have a "no floaties" policy in the larger swimming area; this meant young children were encouraged to use the children's pool or baby wading pool.

It would be nice if the facilities of the hotel were explained by way of an "Information Folder" in the room. A map in this same folder would also be convenient.

It was a family hotel

I had no young children so it was the wrong place for me. They gave me keycards to already occupied rooms and I walked in on a half naked man. It was really disturbing for both of us.
